Kailea's Technical Support Center is available from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday. Please leave a voicemail if calling outside of support hours and we will return your call on the next business day. Receipt of all emails will be confirmed within 2 hours, during support hours and by 10 am the following business day for any emails submitted after 5 pm. Our typical response time is one business day or less to answer questions or address issues.
