CEO - Stephen Belomy

Mr. Belomy is CEO of Kailea, joining the company in March 2008. He bring his experience over the last 15 years helping early stage high tech companies develop and prosper, in order the lead Kailea's growth in the large and expanding IT Management software field.

Mr. Belomy has held President, COO and EVP positions at Mobile Greetings Inc., Message Hero Inc. and AboveNet Communications. He was CEO of SPB Consulting, LLC where he worked with start-up and early stage companies through Board of Director, Advisory Board, interim management and consulting positions.

Mr. Belomy served as President and COO of Mobile Greetings,Inc., a mobile software developer and publisher whose client list included MLB, NFL, NHL, Sony, Disney, Warner Bros. Verizon, Sprint, and ATT. He was COO of Message Hero, Inc., a pioneer in the unified messaging and voice recognition field, where he helped re purpose Message Hero's technology to the business process management space.

Mr. Belomy was Executive VP of AboveNet Communications, Inc.,a leading provider of collocation services. At AboveNet he oversaw five of seven divisions, managing 175 people. He was instrumental in helping AboveNet grow from 5 to 250 people, and opening facilities across three states, culminating in an IPO in December 1998. He departed AboveNet after its $1.3 billion acquisition by Metro Media Fiber Networks (NASDAQ: MFNX) in 1999.

Mr. Belomy spent the early part of his career in the Commercial Real Estate Development and Construction industries after graduating with a BA Mechanical Engineering degree from UCLA. He currently serves on the Advisory Boards of DeedQuest and the Wine 2.0Consortium.

 
CTO and Co-Founder - Marlin Scott

Mr. Scott is a founder of Kailea with more than 15 years experience in the information technology industry. He was previously the founder and CEO of Riscorian Enterprise Networking, an IT services company.

Mr. Scott managed Riscorian to be profitable from day one and led the company to become a leading consulting firm providing services for clients such as Nextel Communications, NetGravity/DoubleClick and PMI Group.

Mr. Scott brings a wealth of IT knowledge and insight to Kailea. His background also includes numerous technical accomplishments such as the design and implementation of the network for Heald College, and management of desktop services for CellularOne.

Mr. Scott holds a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from University of California, Davis.

 
EVP and Co-Founder - Kevin Ryan

Mr. Ryan is a founder of Kailea and has over 25 years in the information technology industry with 20 years experience in the design,implementation and management of large scale, multi-protocol enterprise networks. His extensive network consulting and operational background includes major project work in telecommunications for CellularOne and Nextel, in financial services for PMI Group, Putnam Lovell NBF and Barra, and in higher education for the University of Massachusetts. Mr.Ryan also has an extensive training background.

Mr. Ryan holds a BA from Princeton University and an MA in Computing in Education from Columbia University.

 
VP of Sales - Scott Miller

Scott Miller joined Kailea's Management Team in 2005 and serves as the firm's VP of Sales. In this role he is responsible for the worldwide growth of product and service sales, through both direct and partner channels. He brings with him more than 22 years of sales and management experience, with nearly a decade of work in the managed services industry.

Prior to joining Kailea, he was Director of Sales and Business Development at SiteLite, where he was responsible for the growth of both direct sales and channel revenue.

Before joining SiteLite in 2002, he was an account executive with Intel's On-line Services division, where he sold managed hosting services and IOS' Remote Operations Management (ROM) tool.

Prior to Intel, Mr. Miller was Channel Manager for SiteROCK, which is a company he helped create and spin out of Capital Technologies. At SiteROCK, he was instrumental in growing revenue by more than 700 percent, before the company was acquired.

Prior to SiteROCK, he held a variety of sales and management positions with such companies as, Odyssey Systems, GMAC Financial, and Wherehouse Entertainment.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business from San Jose State.
