Kailea provides outsourced level 1 NOC services to customers on a 24 X 7 basis. This is done using a special Kailea built appliance that is installed behind a customer firewall. Once in place, this appliance will monitor performance and availability of applications, processes, servers, network devices, power supplies/controllers, network attached storage, load balancers, TCP ports and URL's. Alert data, Syslog data and Graph data is collected. This data is sent to Kailea through an encrypted tunnel. At the Kailea NOC our system engineers observe your incoming status messages and take action for you 24 X 7 according to your run book proceedures.
